My Ingredients

Luna Bug soaps are made with all natural ingredients. Most of my soaps are vegan and are labeled as such, those that are not typically include goat/cow milk or honey.

Oils & Butters

I only use vegetable oils and butters, being a vegetarian I will not use meat oils in any of my products.

The oils I use are chosen for their specific soap qualities; some to make nice creamy bubbles, some for firmness, and others that just feel good on your skin.

I use Shea Butter and Palm Oil; both are nut butters, if you have allergies or sensitivities, please take care when using these soaps.

Essential Oils

I love the incredible fragrances Mother Nature creates and how our sense of smell will react to an aroma before we identify it. Essential oils are plant extracts, they capture the 'essence' of a plant's characteristics and therapeutic properties.

I do not use synthetic fragrance oils in any of my products.

Herbs, Botanicals & Other Additives

Whenever I can, I use what I grow in my organic garden, otherwise I purchase from reputable sources. If organic is available, that's what I get.

Colorants

I use natural mineral pigments, oxides and spices.
