Shipping
Although I make every effort to ship your order out the next business day sometimes it takes me a couple of days.
You will receive an email when your order is shipped.
To see an estimated shipping rate, select your products then go to the shopping cart, scroll down and enter your zip code then click update. This will show all options available to you when you check out.
If you live in Columbia County Georgia or nearby counties, I'll be happy to meet you somewhere to deliver your soap, make sure you choose the 'Free Local Delivery' option if it's available on the Checkout page.
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
If your order has already shipped, there are no exchanges, returns or refunds given, unless I made a mistake on your order.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order at any point before it ships; and you will receive a full refund.
